These terms cover your use of Middy, the app and the website at middy.app. By using Middy you agree to them.
Who can use Middy
You need to be 18 or over to use Middy, wherever you are. Middy is about meeting at pubs and bars, so we check your date of birth when you sign up and refuse accounts for anyone younger. Your date of birth can’t be changed once it’s set.

What Middy does
Middy suggests pubs and bars that balance everyone’s travel time. Suggestions, travel times, opening hours, ratings and photos come partly from third parties and may be wrong or out of date. Check before you go.

Your account
Sign in with a passkey, Google, or an email link. There are no passwords. Keep access to your email and devices secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Links and guests
Anyone you send a Middy link to can join that Middy from a browser without an account. Only share links with people you want to meet.
Using Middy fairly
Don’t use Middy to track, harass or locate people without their agreement, to break the law, or to interfere with the service.

Drink responsibly
Middy helps you choose where to meet. It doesn’t sell or serve alcohol, and it takes no payments. Plan a safe way home.
